No Returns & No Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all perfume sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take utmost care in packaging every order. However, in the rare case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Aura D’Luxe with the following:

1. Your order number.

2. Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product.

3. An unboxing video (if available).

After reviewing your request, we will confirm if a replacement can be arranged. Replacements are subject to stock availability and will be processed within 7–10 working days at our discretion.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as processing begins immediately to ensure timely delivery.
