No returns or refunds
For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned or refunded once delivered. All sales are final.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
- An unboxing video, if available
Once we review your request, we’ll confirm a replacement. Replacements are subject to stock availability and are processed within 5–6 working days.
Cancellations
Orders can’t be cancelled once placed, as processing begins immediately.
